Description: Up for sale is a glass negative of Tug Wilson, Omaha. The glass negative measure 5" by 7" and is on a 1/4" glass plate. These studio pics were taken at various studios around the country and mailed to Goodwin & Co headquarters. The negatives were then modified to add the Goodwin logo and the date. Pics were then produced from the glass negative to be backed on a peice a cardboard and packed in packs of cigarettes. There are less than 75 different glass plate negatives known to exist. Really special peice of baseball history from this phenomenal set of cards. 50 S& H
