It is from Cortambert's Atlas de Geographie Moderne, published in Paris by Librairie Hachette et Co., 1885, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the pics photographed against a dark background. Size: The map image measures approximately 9 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches (24x27cm) on a 10 3/4 by 12" page (27x30cm), as seen in the pic with a margin all around for framingCondition: The map is in Good condition, blank on the reverse with a centerfold as issued. There is tonal ageing and darkening around the edges, a few light smudges around the margins and some underlining in pencil of states and capitals, otherwise the map area is very clean and would frame up nicely with an antique appearance, see the pics for more on condition.
