Description: 1884 Antique Photogravure Gebbie & Co AT THE EXHIBITION by Benjamin Vautier This is from an incomplete edition of "The Masterpieces of German Art, Edition De Luxe", printed in 1884 by Gebbie & Co. Publishers, Philadelphia. I will be listing all of the photogravures separately since I don't have a full set. These were released in Limited Edition of 1000, and this is from copy No. 699. Each photogravure includes a page that gives a history and describes the painting. This accompanying page also has etched images. Please note that these are antique etchings/engravings, they will have age appropriate yellowing, each will have varying degrees of wear on the edges, foxing, or possibly water marks. Please review all photographs for condition. Most of these have some degree of foxing on the perimeter of the paper, but not on the actual photogravure impression.
