All of our coins are from a private estate collection. A Brief History - This small collection of Silver Dollars first began in the mid 1920's with a few coins found in regular circulating currency. Additional coins were then added from time to time until 1959 when the collection was stored away until now. The overwhelming majority of the coins in this collection came directly from banks where the Silver Dollars were purchased at face value during the 30's, 40's and early 50's. Some came directly from coin bags & rolls and are in wonderfully uncirculated condition. Others are in various stages of 'wear'. Although some coins have 'tarnished' and 'toned' over the years, most still look very much as they did the day they were acquired. Enjoy !
