Description: I believe it to be before the turn of the century. The Eagle topper itself isn’t perfect: I see what I think is gold paint and or wash to the entire weathervane: the pole being rusty; the arrow having a bent fin/feather; solder rattle inside eagle; some wing tip damage; soldering around feet; the part that inserts into pole tip being crimped a bit; and just above the tail being a dent. BASE NOT INCLUDED!
