Description: This is an original antique colored lithograph of MIDDLE AGES Art #5 taken from an old book called The Grammar Of Ornament by Owen Jones, published 1868. I have many of these plates that were stored with vintage catalogs that I purchased at auction. It has been stored in a plastic sleeve with cardboard back, and it has no damage or odors. This was a high-quality book at the time, defining style in design at that time. The print work is fantastic and the colors are bold. The paper is a thick, ivory and it is preserved in vey good condition. It measures 13x9 inches.
