Signed by Charles Morris Company B, 15th Regiment, Connecticut Volunteers. There is also a witness signature on the lower left side. The document measures 7.6" x 3.75". It shows wear and has some fold lines which can be seen on the back. The name Owen H. Morris is also written on the back. Please take a look at all of the pictures for condition.
