A nice note in Very Fine condition. Catalogued as T-26. Face: Features an allegorical figure of Hope with an anchor at center flanked by portraits of CSA cabinet officials R.M.T. Hunter and Christopher Memminger. Back: Blank reverse. Note is cancelled.
