Description: This is a nice, original annual report of the board of regents at the University of Wisconsin for the year 1859, printed by James Ross, State Printer, 1859. Very interesting read! The total of receipts in the University Treasury this year was $40,517.79 and student's tuition cost for a term was 6$! Measures 5 1/2" x 8" and contains 83 pages. There is some corner creases, a few tiny tears, some small spots of discoloration, text sharp and legible. There is a light circular moisture discoloration mark on most pages.
