Measures approximately 9.25" x 6" x 1.25" thick. Weighs 1 lb. 11 oz. The leather binding is heavily scuffed with some scraped off layers but theblack and gilt-edged title is still legible. The considerably-foxed pages are still firmly attached with some ripple and tanning but no marks other than a fancy signature on first page dated 1848. No tears, dog ears nor mold noted. Some of the pages are cut shorter than the rest. Includes some illustration and index. From smoke-free storage.
