Chapin, Pastor of the Universalist Church in Charlestown. It was published in Boston by Dutton and Wentworth in 1844. Charles W. Story, Jr. - Clerk of the House of Representatives reported that Messrs. Frothingham of Charlestown, Gibbens of Boston and Lathrop of Hawley were appointed to be a committee to ask Rev.
