Description: I'm not sure what's going on with the surface of this coin, but it's definitely not in it's natural state. It's very "dull" with no mint luster. Someone asked if it was painted, and it does have the appearance of a very old coat of paint that's now starting to peel off in places, with the reverse almost entirely paint-free.
