On the obverse is a portrait of Queen Caroline and the inscription "CAROLINE QUEEN CONSORT OF GEORGE IV". On the reverse is a Memorial scene, and the inscription "BORN MAY 17. 1768. MARRIED APRIL 8. 1795. DIED AUG. 7. 1821. AGED 53". Condition / Defects: In my opinion the medallion is in GOOD VERY FINE Condition - but the grading of coins can be very subjective, so please supersize the photos and make your own assessment.
