Description: Victorian English Staffordshire trio consisting of teacup, coffee cup and saucer This a beautiful English trio made circa 1820 in one of the Staffordshire potteries. They have a repeating pattern of cobalt blue with gilt and hand painted flowers around the rims, to the centre of each are the same hand painted flowers with a butterfly to the one on the saucer. Condition is very good with some minor wear to the gilt which are commensurate with age, the teacup has a very tight hairline to the rim which is not visible to the eye, no other detected damage. Approx measurements Saucer diameter of 5.5 inches with an height of 1 inch Teacup diameter of 3 3/8 inches with an height of 2 5/8 inches Coffee cup diameter of 4 inches with an height of 4 inches
