Description: Binkes, Franciscus Francisci Binkes, Amstelodamo - Batavi, Juris Utriusque Candidati et in Athenaeo, Quod Franequerae Est, Studiosi, Responsio ad Quaestionem Juridicam. A Nobilissimo Ordine Juris-Consultorum. A. MDCCCXVII. Propositam: Qua, quum de multorum Ciceronis librorum analysi et constitutione doctrinae, proximis hisce annis, bene meruerunt nostrates viri praeclari, velati de libris de Natura Deorum Scholtenius, de finibus honorum et malorum Lennepius, de Legibus Engelbronnerus; postulatur dissertatio smili ratione elaborata de Ciceronis libris de Officiis. Cui Praemium A No. Facultate Juridica Adjudicatum Est D. VIII. Februarii A. MDCCCXVIII 1818 First Edition Quarto, 62 pages, unbound. I don't think this book was ever actually bound as many of the top edges are still uncut. The title page has several rips and large losses, tears throughout, stamp on the final page that reads "The Property of the New York Society Library" according to some quick research this does not appear in their list of items so it was most likely removed, else in good condition. A scare title. If you have any questions feel free to ask and don't forget to check out my other listings.
