Description: Original 1816 copy of, "The Scholar's Arithmetic; or, Federal Accountant." The book is overall in good condition with some typical signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild wear. There are a couple of page signatures which are a little pulled, but the binding is still good and sound. The endpapers and a few pages have some handwritten notations and calculations. The pages are toned with age with some occasional foxing, soiling, grubbiness, and minor staining. There is a chip out of the back blank flyleaf. Along with that there is likely the occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection such as a small tear or minor chip, creased page corner, etc. The book measures approximately 8 3/8 inches by 5 1/8 inches and is 224 pages long.
