We believe this is possibly french as it came from the same antique auction lot as we have several other french pieces listed this week. It has a country americana look. Beautiful condition. Basket measures approx 10.5" high. With handle, this measures approx 17" high. Opening at the top is approx 9.5", and it fluctuates down from the top.
