They are no longer considered brand new, and we cannot accept them back as such. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. We offer a 30 day return policy. The stipulations are the following: 1. Items are returned in original, brand new condition. 2. Products are returned in original packaging with all packaging materials. 3. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. 4. The customer will incur no extra costs as long as we receive the product back in the same condition it was sent out.
