Description: 1793 North Wales half penny Conder token. The obverse shows a hooded head of a Druid, inside a wreath of oak sprigs. The reverse shows a harp, between sprigs of oak, below the date. "NORTH WALES HALF PENNY 1793 " is around the border. The edge is lettered with "PAYABLE AT LONDON OR ANGLESLY ". Both sides are a medium to dark brown color, with nice surfaces, and both sides show good detail. There are some varieties, but I think this piece is ref. as D & H 7.
