Well struck on a clipped flan with bright original reddish-brown lustre. O: Laureate bust to right, a star radiated above, UNITED TOKEN.R: A harp crowned, between thistles. ENGLAND . IRELAND . SCOTLAND. 1796.E: SPENCE X. This token is listed in Dalton & Hamer as Middlesex 899. I would grade this token Extremely Fine (Sheldon AU58).
