Description: German States Hamburger 1758 1 Schilling Silver Circulated Coin. I found this in my loose change drawer. It was so unlike any other coin I originally thought it must be a token and tossed it into a junk drawer. It was years before I got out my magnifying glass to read the date on it. It is so thin it feels like plastic, makes me wonder if someone put this on a train track. This was minted in Hamburg before Germany was a country. At that time I believe it to be an area ruled by Denmark. Shipped with USPS.
