Description: Ref:19/15 1757 George ii Period Antique 2 Page Vellum Document Gloucester England An Extremely Complex Legal Antique Vellum Indenture of Four parts made on the 13th July 1757 ASSIGNMENT AND CONFIRMATION of the *old ruinous house at Watledge, Mary Day, widow, Daniel Kinn, Baker, William Kinn, Wood Carrier, to Richard Webb, Clothworker *Part of the agreement involved an 'old ruinous house and house place late in the possession of George Evans' at Watledge Common being assigned to Mary Vick, now Mary Day. Also refers to a cottage in Watledge with stable, woodhouse, brewhouse late in the possession of Elizabeth Woodruffe. Mary Day of Minchin Hampton in the County of Gloucester, Widow of the First Part. Daniel Kinn of Minchin Hampton, Baker of the Second Part. William Kinn of Nailsworth in the parish of Avening in the County of Gloucester, Wood Carrier and Sarah his wife of the Third Part. Richard Webb of Watlidge (Watledge) in the Parish of Minchin Hampton, Cloth worker of the Fourth Part. Signed by four parties with wax seals. Bold signatures with wax seals of: Mary Day Daniel Kinn William Kinn Also the signature of another member of the Kinn Family whose Christian name is not clear, with a wax seal. Condition: Vellum is in very good condition with normal creases to folds. Written in Georgian Period English by a bold good hand.Handwriting on the back also by an excellent hand. Size: page one: 28”x 24” Size Page two: 16”x27”The Two Bronze Seal weights are not included
