Description: 1745 Book of Common Prayer printed in Cambridge by Joseph Bentham Measures about 16.25" x 10.5" and about 1.5" thick. Beautiful folio book. Professionally re-backed at some point using the original boards and spine leather. This copy has a stamp on both covers for the Royal Order of The Garter. The one on the rear cover looks like it was stamped incorrectly and was doubled. This would have been during King George II's time period. There is an inscription in the rear that looks like this copy was owned by a reverend, but I cannot make out the name. Overall a beautiful, solid copy in good condition! Please review pictures for a better idea of the condition. I carefully package all of my books to ensure that they remain safe during shipping. Check out my other book and Bible listings! I may have more like this one that you would be interested in!
