Brakel. Brakel was a very known reformed Minister and Theologian in the Netherlands. He was known as "Father Brakel". He was a major representative of the Dutch Reformation. Side note. Unfortunately he died 31 years before the first book was printed so it's either a relative that shares his name, or somebody that wrote his name in it for a reason unknown.
