Description: PCGS authenticated and graded SP 63. Beautiful deep olive with iridescent blue and turquoise highlights in the fields, and golden undertones in the protected areas and peripheries. There are a couple lint marks in the right obverse field. and a couple tiny flaws in the lower right reverse field that help identify this piece. Attractive, reflective surfaces, great eye appeal. Once thought extremely rare, there was a small hoard of about two dozen found in England in the 1950s. Ex; Stack's 9/2005:234 - Ross Family Collection Year - 1723Variety - Martin 3.2-Bc.10Rarity - 5
