Description: Seventeen different large (5" X 7") unused postcards from the United States Postal Service. All published in 1997 and all showing images of stamps depicting American Dolls (If you are a stamp collector, these are based on Scott # 3151a-o). The USPS issued a sheet of 15 first class postage stamps in 1997 that depicted 15 different Classic American Dolls. These postcards show the 15 individual stamps, one shows the complete sheet of 15 stamps and the 17th postcard shows a compilation of the 15 individual doll images. The back side includes information about the doll depicted on the front. These are post cards only and still need postage applied before mailing. Do not confuse these with Postal Cards in which postage is preprinted on the card. Great stuff for the postcard collector, or fan of classic american dolls.
