This is Rick Owens size 42 (medium) item. Rick Owens tends to run small, so please refer to the measurements shown below (to be added shortly) to determine fit, especially if you're unfamiliar with RO's sizing. The manni is a US size 6 and this vest fits the manni perfectly, and I think can fit US 4-6 and perhaps a small framed US 8. Approximate measurements: Shoulder to shoulder 17” Armpit to armpit 17”, with chest about 34” all around although could be more or less being that the front is open with flexible self tie closure Length along the back at longest point in center 25.5” from where the leather collar attaches to the fur down to bottom hem. Length along the front center (from top of shoulder to bottom hem) 19” Medium silvery-gray mink fur vest from Rick Owens' Palais Royal line (now called HUN). The vest has a very fitted silhouette at upper chest, and will sit close to the body and pull away towards the back below the chest. There is medium gray leather self tie closure (similar to what he does with some of his cardigans and leather jackets). The jacket is shorter in the front, with the bottom hem at front hitting just below the waist. It is longer on the sides and longest in the back, where it pulls away from the body in beautiful, voluminous folds and reaches to below the hips. The jacket is unlined and the fur is thick, soft, warm and incredibly luxurious. The fur at the bottom folds inside the jacket (see inside out pics). Throw this over any slinky RO dress/skirt/leggings or jeans and you are instantaneously glamorous and rock star cool.... It is also weightless and easily folds into a small tote. Composition is 100% mink with leather trim at neck and self tie closure. Unlined. Made in France! I included a few celeb pics to explain some of the details. The gray is the same shade as Carine’s gray RO fox coat (which also features the same leather self tie with pointed tips). KK’s jacket has a similar, layered folded fit (but KK’s is brown). The pic is from NAP showing a very similar version of the vest from the front (same mink fur and color of fur).I found the most perfect description of RO fur items in an editorial: “You wouldn’t need an apartment”. “This coat is like youth and sex and butter all at the same time. You could sleep on the sidewalk and you would never feel a lack. You wouldn’t even need love.” This coat might have humanized Leona Helmsley. About this item.... It has been worn over a sweater just twice, very briefly and is in perfect, like new condition. There are no issues to report except the little metal drop part from the label has gotten lost and the palais Royal metal label itself should be reinforced. I also removed the content/size labels as they were in an awkward position and now that I moved, I cannot find them (I may at some point down the line). The vest is constructed from paneled strips of fur, so internally there is some fur that comes through the seams - this is natural to the construction of the garment.
