Description: Sixth-plate daguerreotype of a little girl, looks like a light source or reflecting screen on the right. No longer sealed but fits pretty securely in its case. Eagle design on the pad. Light tarnish and several small mat abrasions, but no swipes or scratches, other than the mat abrasions. In my cell phone pics you might notice those really faint, curved lines in the background to the left of her head ... that is a smudge on the outside of the glass I didn't catch..
