Description: A set of 15x British army buttons to the OXFORDSHIRE & BUCKINGHAMSHIRE LIGHT INFANTRY. These buttons are all small (18mm) in size - are of the type that would have been worn on a No1 (blue) dress tunic and on the pocket flaps and epaulettes of a service dress tunic. All except one are marked 'J. R. Gaunt & Son, London'. The other one is simply marked 'Made in England', although it is obvious that this was also made by Gaunt as well.
