It is the John Bassett Moore sheet design from the Prominent Americans Issue. The rotary press stamps were first issued untagged and then later tagged. Experimental tagging was introduced to speed up automated mail processing. Tagged stamps appear bright green when placed under short wave ultraviolet light. Moore was the highest value of the set and was never issued as a Bureau precancel. At TBR Stamps we use stock images.
