1/24 Ferrari 512BB Resin/Multimedia Kit Studio27 #FR2404 OOP Factory Sealed MISB

Description: I have to clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. THIS IS MY LAST ONE! This one is a little out of my wheelhouse. I ran across a few of these remarkable multimedia kits from Studio27 of Japan. They have a fantastic reputation for quality and detail, so I took a chance and added some to my collection. These have beautifully sculpted resin bodies and frames, along with aluminum wheels and white metal details. There is no engine (being a “curbside” model), but the interior is amazing. I could only find one of these listed on eBay (from Japan) but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have this in stock and can reliably ship this to you very quickly. Here is what I have found about this model: When I go to studio27onlineshop.com and search for 512BB, this kit does not appear, so I will take that to mean it is not in production. Moving on from there, I found a listing at Scalemates.com shows that this kit is from 2005 and they provide a few links to some aftermarket parts, but not much else. I don’t like to do this, but I opened one of these kits (not the one I am selling here) to get a good look at the contents and take some photos. I just didn’t know enough about the kits from Studio27 to explain what you will be getting. It was amazing what I found inside! The first things that you see are the resin body and the resin chassis under it. They looked flawless in their plastic bag stapled to the cardboard liner in the box. On the other side of the liner, there were the tires and aluminum wheel rims in another bag. The windows appear to be vacuformed and crystal clear. The last bag had the clear lenses, the aluminum wheel hubs and a whole bunch of white metal parts and some tubing. Looking at the instructions, there is a Parts List that helps you figure out what’s what, so I took a photo of that as well. This kit is in a colorful, sturdy box about 10.5” x 7” x 3”. As you can see from the pictures, the box is pristine and still sealed with a few tape strips, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains one complete multimedia model kit with resin, metal and photo etched components, along with clear and rubber parts and a small sheet of decals. It requires cement and paint to complete as shown. I use eBay Managed Payments, but I no longer ship internationally. I started out picking up models that I was interested in, with the eye toward building them when I had time. Always a bargain-hunter, I accumulated many more than I can build, so I found myself in a Collector status (sounds nicer than a hoarder). As I am sure you have noticed, my items are almost always sealed and in mint condition (I call them Gift-Ready), since I only open them when I am ready to build them. Now I enjoy making these products available to my fellow modelers; both Builders and Collectors. For the Builders, there are probably better (at least cheaper) ways to add to your project lists than buying from me, but you know you are getting top quality. For Collectors, my goal is to save you a few bucks over the competition for the same item in factory sealed and collectible (or resellable) condition.
