This is probably the only copy of this remaining in the world in very good condition. Somebody did write a price in pencil across the top 1 inch of the book as well as writing crammed full of medical/patented adverts. This is sealed in a plastic dust jacket and is in excellent condition with the extreme age. The size of it is approximately 9 3/4 x 6 1/2. I do believe you will probably find advertisements in this book for substances that were previously used in medical practice, but are now banned, such as cocaine and opiates. These advertisements tend to be very very valuable now and just a framed copy of one advertisement in this book could be worth a couple hundred dollars or more. Somebody could actually make a lot of money with this book and I think any doctors office would love to have this book framed in their office, This is rare! I’ve never found one before. This is probably the very last of its kind. I ship out of Florida. I ship the same day payment. This will be packaged carefully to preserve the quality and I should never be selling this. Just to see what happens. I’m going to start this on auction with a starting bid of $500. I may end up sending this off to christies auction instead because of the actual value.
