This is to prevent any live critters from sitting over the weekend. I take great pride and care in packaging and shipping my orders. I use insulated shipping boxes and 72hour heat packs when necessary and cooler packs during the summer. You won’t be dissatisfied. I ask that you please open your package within 1-2 hours of being marked delivered and report any problems. Please note, Some snails may take a little while to wake up and start moving when you put them in water. A little Patience is appreciated and required. If they arrive cold, I recommend letting them warm up slowly to room temperature first to avoid shock when putting them in your water.
