Shrimp and fish fry especially love them. We operate in a snail and duckweed free environment, though we do utilize freshwater scuds. Shipping: Shipping is free for trackable first-class mail, or you can upgrade to Priority Mail if you would like. Your package will usually go out within 1-2 business days of your order. If the forecasted temperature in Los Angeles or your address is above 85° F or under 38° F in the coming days, we may hold your order to ship it out when the temperature returns to a safe level. Arrival: Plants may turn partly yellow/brown during shipping and roots may be damaged. That is OK—floating plants are extremely resilient and will begin multiplying within several days of being placed in your tank. What you are buying should be viewed as a "seed" from which you will eventually get more plants than you know what do do with! Returns: If you believe you received dead plants, you must send us a photo of the plants in their original packaging within 2 hours of when USPS delivered the item.
