If the chaeto does not form back to a healthy state, please reach out to us for assistance. 72 hours must pass before considering the chaeto to be DOA. *** Please understand that if you purchase a quantity of more than 1, we cut the Chaeto out as one portion. EXAMPLE: Qty 3 you will receive 1 package containing 3 orders of Chaeto.
