Description: Charlie is in great pre-owned condition for his age and still has all his tags including the little golden book and an Arbor Drugs retail tag that pre-dates CVS. Tags are a bit tattered and not mint by any means. There is a dark spot on the back of the Charlie in the box tag. Not sure if it was designed that way or not. He does have one darker spot on the box that appears to be dirt but I have not attempted to clean. I did try to show this in the pics. He’s also a little wobbly but will still stands upright.
