Description: Offered is this unusual vintage or antique 11 1/2" silverplate spoon with a repousse fruit design bowl. The spoon was made in Sheffield, England by Cooper Brothers & Sons in the "Queen Anne" pattern and marked with their "C Bros S" mark and also with "England", "EP" and "A1" or "AI" (not sure what the last one means). I don't know when it was made but the company was in business from 1867-1964. This appears to be a rare find. At the time of original listing I couldn't find any other spoons like it for sale on eBay or anywhere else so I don’t know what this would have been used for or what the specific name of this type of spoon would be. Any ideas? The spoon is in good condition. The plating is mostly intact, with small areas of wear and light marks from use. Please take a moment to look at the other items in my eBay store!
