Description: This listing is for an assortment of 1000 wheat cents. They come from our grandparent’s estate. These were kept in a climate controlled environment. The coins are in circulated condition and there are some nicer coins from viewing the bags. The words “searched” and “unsearched” or any other word that can be interpreted for those words by a buyer can get a seller into trouble. When a seller leaves either feedback or a message that is not positive in nature, then that buyer does have a degree of expectations and a degree of frustration. If the word “unsearched” is used within the listing and a buyer concludes that they have been searched by someone else and not the seller, why take out there frustration on the seller? If a listing states “unsearched” or “searched”, a buyer ought to trust the seller. If not, do not purchase. It’s only when the buyer gets there item and their expectations are not meet is when there’s an issue. It’s risky to be listing this type of item on ebay. This is my first time selling coins on ebay. I sell die cast toys and very little of office supplies. With my full time job and ebay I do not have the time or want to make the time to go through all these coins. I was fortunate to get these bags of coins in this manner. I have many bags of these coins and will be listing them slowly over time. What I make from these coin sales goes to my disabled/retired aunt. Again, I must reiterate. I can't guarantee what each security bag will contain. While inspecting a few of the bags I noticed dates from the 20’s to ‘50s, with the majority being from the 20’s to 50’s. There are even some steel zinc pennies. Since I have no idea what the dates and mints are in each bag please do not expect there to be key dates and mints. If there are then that would be great. These wheat pennies were in these bags when I received them from my aunt. She told me that a bank in Pennsylvania had put them in these security bags years ago. Use the ‘zoom’ feature by placing your curser over the picture and viewing the item closely. Make your own evaluation on its condition before you make your purchase.
