So, the wool fiber is thicker, then some people with very sensitive skin might find it a bit itchy. Also, there will be some extra fibers/hairs on the surface, so you might find it shedding a bit at the beginning, especially if you are going to wear the scarf with a wool coat or a corduroy jacket! It is normal for a pure wool scarf. I would suggest to try the scarf on your outfit for a short time first. Or, you can gentle rinse the scarf in cold water and then dry flat.
