We ship all fish and shrimp in an insulated box with heat packs. The heat packs will not work well, or at all,in freezing climates. How long will it take for my fish to arrive once I place an order? We ship all orders on Mondays ONLY. It should take normally 2-3 business days if we ship UPS 2nd Day Air. This way, we reduce the likelihood of your order getting stuck at a UPS / USPS facility over the weekend, which may result in an overly stressed and/or perhaps dead fish / shrimp. We highly recommend that customers use an overnight or next day shipping to ensure fast and safe arrival. We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping if you so choose, but you need to be aware of the delays with USPS during certain times of the year. What shipping methods are available? We highly suggest for customers to use UPS Next Day or USPS Overnight Shipping. UPS 2nd Day as well as USPS Priority Mail is available if you choose to go that route. We are based in Los Angeles so if you're looking to have us ship across country to New York, we would recommend that you use UPS 2nd Day Air at the very least to ensure safe delivery.
