Description: This listing is for TEN pieces of teal green dinnerware made by Harker Pottery in their Pate-Sur-Pate line, the pattern is Corinthian, which began production in 1949 through the 1950s: 1 Open Sugar bowl 1 Cream pitcher 1 lugged vegetable/serving bowl (10 1/2" from handle tip to handle tip) - HARD TO FIND!2 lugged cereal bowls (6 3/4" from handle tip to handle tip)1 gravy boat1 Oval serving bowl (measures 9 1/2" X 7")1 Medium oval serving platter (measures 12" X 8 3/4") 1 Large oval serving platter (measures 14" X 10")1 Cake Plate (measures 11" from handle tip to handle tip). The rims are a white gadroon design. The gadroon line can be divided into two groups: Chesterton (undecorated except for its rich colors and white edge), and the colorfully decorated Royal Gadroon. This Corinthian pattern is in the Chesterton group. It was created by spraying the surface of the clay body with a colored glaze, and then wiping the gadroon embossing to produce an edging like white lace on the colored background. No chips, cracks, or unusual wear on any of these pieces EXCEPT for the cake plate, which has a hairline. If you look at the photo of the cake plate, the hairline starts at about the 11:00 position. Very tight, nearly invisible, and doesn't affect the functionality at all. If this is your pattern, here's a chance to add some hard-to-find pieces to your collection!
