A superb looking small size Canna 'Sunshine Reggae' is a robust grower to 3-4 feet tall and average spreader with dark bluish-purple paddle-shaped leaves with dark veins and margin topped with bright golden-yellow orchid-like flowers very well contrasting the foliage summer to fall. Plant in full sun or light shade with regular irrigation. Hardy to zone 8. In our trials this canna proved to be a vigorous grower and prolific bloomer July through October in zone 7b. Give them full sun in somewhat wind sheltered location with hummus rich moist soil and these cannas will reward you with spikes of bright golden-yellow blooms.
