ALL have 'ANES' etched onto the head - see pix. ALL fit the present day Heine blades, as well as Rusch, current Welch Allyn and others. ALL are in good working order with a working bulb/lamp. Aside from the aforementioned etching, all are in solid aesthetic condition with no other etching, writing or engraving. Units are used and may have some typical minor signs of use - such as light scratches, minor dings and/or a little wear to the green rubber band.
