These were factory rejected packs due to a variety of factors: improper sealing or mis-folding, missing gum, sealing rollers ran across both the front and the back of the pack, sealed multiple times over by Topps machinery, etc. They all appear to have normal thickness...so should have the normal 15 cards. I have 26 of these reject packs Available.....so the picture shows a sampling of these packs. Although I can’t offer any guarantees on ungraded packs, the corner folds do look original.
