Just clip, cut, or de-solder the incandescent bulbs from the circuit board and solder the LED's in place. One is longer than the other. The longer leg is the positive leg. These LED's are polarity sensitive. The easiest way to do this without a bench test harness is to take the unit apart & plug it in to the truck while apart. Use your multi-meter to determine positive and negative and mark it on the circuit board with a marker. If you do not have a multi-meter you can also use a continuity tester, or even one of the led's. After marking, unplug from the truck, solder in the new bulbs, assemble, install.
